The Brief
YRP needed a modern website to replace their outdated platform — something their volunteer committee could manage themselves, that looked professional enough for corporate sponsors, and could handle 3,000+ members.
What I Delivered
Full website rebuild using Next.js, Sanity CMS, and a custom membership system. Designed and built the frontend, set up the CMS so non-technical committee members can manage content, events, and news independently.
